A place for Liberatory Therapists to build community, sharpen skills, and grow into confident healers.

Hi, I'm Kathleen. I'm an Anishinaabe/Red River Métis Indigenous, neurodivergent, lesbian woman, raised in community and culture with my family on the Tulalip Indian Reservation. I am a child born to the Pacific Northwest, and my connection to the land is deeply relational and spiritual. I believe the collective healing work needed today is finding our way back to Indigenous teachings: unlearning colonialism, patriarchy, capitalism, and every system that taught us that our worth and value were never enough. I believe this work needs to be done in community with one another and in connection to the natural world.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, an EMDRIA Approved Consultant and IFS practitioner who knows that these modern modalities didn't invent anything new. They borrowed it, usually without saying so, from Indigenous knowledge, whether the field named it or not. My work is naming it, and then refusing to stop at the technique.
As a clinical consultant, I can help you feel confident to practice EMDR, IFS, Memory Reconsolidation, or become a trauma informed neurodivergent affirming therapist, but I will never stop there. Even the most evidence based modalities will leave a client inside the same individualist, capitalist system that made them sick in the first place. Without deconstructing colonialism alongside the clinical work, the systems that oppress people keep operating no matter how much therapy anyone does. This is why I say I am a Liberatory Trauma Therapist. Liberatory EMDR, Liberatory IFS, Liberatory Neuro-affirming Care. Liberation must come first.
Therapy Y'all is a mission turned into action.
We help heal the healer in community, learn together, and gain the confidence needed to create collective change.
It's just me running Therapy Y'all right now. But you'll see "we" throughout this site, and that's intentional. "We" means everyone doing this unlearning alongside me, in community, the way this work has always been meant to happen. The moment you're here, you're part of the we.
None of us are free until all of us are free.
That's the whole reason this exists.
Everything here is built around circles and cohorts, because this work happens best in community. Though, 1:1 consultation may be available as additional support alongside any of these offerings for clinicians who need it.
Group consultation fulfilling EMDRIA's 10-hour group requirement, capped at 8 clinicians, with individual hours available separately for the remaining 10 hours EMDRIA requires toward certification. This is Liberatory EMDR from the first session, grounded in deconstruction work throughout the whole process.
Standard IFS consultation, parts work, exiles, protectors, Self-energy, with a focus on Ancestral Unburdening: unburdening taught as ceremony, from Indigenous knowledge and practice. Bring your real cases and go deeper into the model with clinicians doing the same unlearning.
Consultation for clinicians integrating memory reconsolidation into their practice, held with the same liberatory framing as everything else here.
For clinicians who want real competence in diagnosing and understanding neurodivergence: the actual neurobiology underneath it. We go into why a mind that isn't built for constant productivity experiences a colonial, capitalist world as traumatic, and what it means to treat neurodivergence as a difference to understand.
Open to any therapist, regardless of modality. For those who want to do the deconstruction work directly: naming how colonialism, patriarchy, and capitalism show up in clinical training and client conceptualization, and building a practice that examines those systems instead of leaving them unexamined.
A cohort-based package for therapists building a practice grounded in liberatory, neurodivergent-affirming care. We cover what grad school skipped and get you connected in community with other therapists just like you, so you're not alone building your practice: website, SEO and GEO, marketing, taxes, copywriting, niching, and all things "practice owner".
For prelicensed clinicians who want their supervision hours to come with real community.
